There are two main routes to reach Rupal Valley:
From Skardu:
Travel from Skardu via Astore Road (160 km) to Tarashing village, which takes about 6 hours. From Tarashing, it takes another 2.5 hours to reach Rupal village.
From Gilgit:
Travel from Gilgit to Jaglot (60 km south) and then take the Astore Road to Astore. From Astore, continue to Tarashing village (about 4-5 hours by jeep). From Tarashing, it takes another 2.5 hours to reach Rupal village by jeep or trekking.
